Japanese quilt designer and master teacher Reiko Kato is well-known for her fun and whimsical modern twist on Sunbonnet Sue designs. Teaching since 2000, her students continue to learn from her emphasis on precision handwork. Many of her students' completed works are in regular exhibits that Ms. Kato coordinates. Her quilt shop, Mother's Dreams, is located in Naka-Kasai in Tokyo.
